Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who draws on his background in coaching and education to help clients pursue their goals and improve their quality of life. He is passionate about building lasting relationships where trust and understanding sit at the core of every interaction. Mike believes that relationships and processes alike can be strengthened through communication that is positive, empathetic, and strategic communication that leaves people feeling empowered to take action for their future. His personal philosophy is simple: “coach the positive!”
Mike found his way to financial services after a career as a professionally competitive skydiver and wind tunnel (indoor skydiving) operator. As a competitor, he became a world record holder for the largest free-fly formation and a nine-time U.S. National Champion in formation skydiving. That world demanded sharp decision-making and constant attunement to people’s emotions and comprehension—skills he now brings to every client conversation, explaining complex concepts clearly while helping clients feel confident about what lies ahead.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Mike recently earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, along with the Series 6, 63, 65, and SIE registrations. He earned his MBA with a focus in entrepreneurship and completed his undergraduate degree in hospitality management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He continues to pursue additional education and credentials to ensure his clients benefit from evolving, effective financial strategies.
Service to others has shaped Mike since he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, Scouting’s highest honor. Today he is an active member of the Rotary Club of Minnetonka, where he is proud to make an impact close to home through the club’s focus on supporting and developing the youth of the community. He also participates in charities such as Mustaches for Kids Twin Cities, which gives back locally to kids in need. Mike’s approach to both his work and his community reflects Rotary’s Four-Way Test of the things we think, say, or do: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Mike lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with his wife, Alissa, and their Brussels Griffons, Burt and Beulah. In his free time he enjoys skydiving, flying in the wind tunnel, rock climbing, cooking, aviation, lake life, boating, wake surfing, video games, building/programming/racing drones, and learning new skills.

Marc Bennett is a Denver based Financial Planner with GWS&A, serving clients in Colorado and across all 50 states. He helps individuals, families, and professionals organize their financial lives through comprehensive financial planning, investment coordination, retirement planning, and ongoing relationship management. Marc brings a rare combination of financial planning experience, energy infrastructure consulting, and clinical diagnostic training to help clients make confident, well informed decisions.
Before becoming a financial planner, Marc spent more than a decade in energy infrastructure consulting, where he managed complex projects, strengthened client relationships, coordinated across multiple stakeholders, and served as a central point of communication to keep work moving forward. Earlier in his career, he earned a Doctorate in Audiology with a focus on hearing and balance, giving him a strong foundation in listening carefully, identifying complex issues, and helping people navigate important decisions with clarity.
Today, Marc uses that diverse background to help clients understand their options, simplify competing priorities, and build financial strategies around the life they want to live. His work includes financial planning, investment management coordination, retirement income planning, client education, and partnering closely with the GWS&A team to deliver thoughtful, personalized guidance. He also enjoys helping employers bring practical financial literacy education to their teams.
Marc has lived in eight states, which gives him a natural curiosity about people, places, and the different paths life can take. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through the gym and snowboarding. He is also a college football fan and someone who is just as happy trying new food with good company or lending a helping hand whenever needed.
Clients often work with Marc for financial planning, retirement planning, investment guidance, rollover questions, and help organizing their broader financial picture.

Terri is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Senior Wealth Advisor at Global Wealth Strategies & Associates (GWS&A), bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Terri has built her career on a foundation of educating and empowering clients—particularly women navigating major life transitions such as retirement or divorce—with clarity, confidence, and strategic guidance.
Her career has spanned working with large firms and boutique advisory teams, giving her a versatile perspective on delivering high-touch, tailored service to her clients. Her approach is highly personal, values-driven, and rooted in strong relationships. Terri is passionate about equipping her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to feel secure and supported in every season of life.
Terri lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys taking full advantage of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. She spends much of her free time with family, including her nephews, goddaughters, and niece, and is actively involved in her nephew’s hockey club. When she's not working in her flower and vegetable garden, you can often find her e-biking around town with her lifelong partner, Tim. She also enjoys snowboarding in the winter and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.

Lonnie believes that strong financial advice starts with understanding the people behind the numbers. He values long-term relationships built on trust, honesty, and clear communication. Whether working with a business owner evaluating growth opportunities or a family planning for the future, he believes every recommendation should be based on a thorough understanding of each client's goals, priorities, and circumstances.
His background in commercial finance includes structuring conventional and SBA financing, analyzing complex credit opportunities, and helping clients navigate every stage of the lending process. Outside of the office, Lonnie enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids. Much of their free time is spent outdoors, whether mountain biking, hiking, or exploring the backcountry in an off-road vehicle. He also has a passion for restoring classic and vintage automobiles and enjoys bringing old vehicles back to life whenever time allows. Whether he's in the shop working on a restoration, exploring a remote trail with his family, or helping clients navigate important financial decisions, Lonnie is known for bringing patience, persistence, and a practical approach to every challenge.

In addition to media and tech, Adam in an avid enthusiast of the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial landscape. Adam is passionate about growth, progress and being a catalyst for change within organizations and people.
Adam and his wife Whitney own Shift Cycle, a specialty spin studio, with two Denver locations. They currently live in Denver with their daughter, Harlow, and son, Hayes. In his free time, Adam enjoys a nice Rose’, neighborhood BBQs, and adventuring with Harlow and Hayes.
