Mike is a financial planning professional who utilizes his experience in coaching and education to guide clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. He is passionate about creating lasting relationships where trust and comprehension are at the core of every interaction. Mike believes that relationships and processes can be improved through communication that is positive, empathetic, and strategic, where people feel empowered to take action for the future. His personal philosophy is, “coach the positive!”.
Mike found his way to the financial service industry after operating as a professionally competitive skydiver and wind tunnel (indoor skydiving) operator. This unique work environment requires unique decision making and attunement to people's emotions and comprehension. Bringing these skills forward Mike is able to explain concepts effectively, while helping clients feel confident about their future.
Mike is dedicated to the pursuit of education and has passed the following exams: Series 6, 63, 65, and SIE. He holds an MBA with a focus in entrepreneurship and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas for his undergrad in hospitality management. Currently he is studying for his next accreditation to ensure that he provides clients with evolving and effective financial strategies.
Philanthropically, Mike participates in various charities including ‘Mustaches for Kids Twin Cities’; a charity focused on giving back locally to kids in need.
Mike lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota with his wife Alissa and their brussels griffons; Burt and Beulah. In his free time he enjoys skydiving, flying in the wind tunnel, rock climbing, cooking, aviation, lake life, boating, wake surfing, video games, building/programing/racing drones, and learning new skills.

Adam is an MBA holder with 15 years of experience in sales leadership, business development and revenue growth, within the adtech industry.
In addition to media and tech, Adam in an avid enthusiast of the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial landscape. Adam is passionate about growth, progress and being a catalyst for change within organizations and people.
Adam and his wife Whitney own Shift Cycle, a specialty spin studio, with two Denver locations. They currently live in Denver with their daughter, Harlow, and son, Hayes. In his free time, Adam enjoys a nice Rose’, neighborhood BBQs, and adventuring with Harlow and Hayes.
